MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE HELD AT THE COMMUNITY CENTRE, LYNDHURST ON TUESDAY 22 JULY 2008 AT 7.15 PM

The Minutes of the Meeting of the Committee held on 24 June 2008, having been circulated, were signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

RESOLVED: To recommend that permission be granted. The proposals are in keeping with the existing dwelling.

RESOLVED: To recommend that permission be granted but to accept the decision reached by the NF NPA’s officers under delevated powers.

It was noted that the proposals are still within the small dwelling restrictions although concern was expressed regarding the porch extension as it would block the side access.

 

Application No 93162 – Florality, 52 High Street
Fire escape from first floor at the rear of the property

 

RESOLVED: To recommend that permission be granted. It was considered that this was a much needed additional facility, especially in view of recent events.

Consultation on character appraisals and proposed boundary change – details will be on display at Lyndhurst Community Centre on 7 August from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
