Applications for the Committee’s consideration:-

Application No 94422 – Lyndhurst Nurseries Limited, Deerleap Farm
Retention of poly tunnel

RESOLVED: To recommend that permission be refused. The access is very poor to the site and would present difficulties if the business is to extend. The access was considered to be situated on a very dangerous corner. The proposals are considered out of character with the surroundings and local area. The Parish Council question whether the use of this land is agricultural and not horticultural as the application would suggest. It was noted that the previous permission was temporary and the Parish Council is not happy with continuing this temporary arrangement. It is recommended that NF NPA officers should visit the site at a busy time for traffic.

Application No 94469 – Hayfield, Pinkney Lane, Bank
First floor extension

RESOLVED: To recommend that permission be granted. It was noted that the architect states that the proposals fall within the 30% limit, although the NF NPA officer states that it is over the limit. The Parish Council feels that from the information provided by the applicant the application comes within the 30% limit. It does not impinge on neighbouring properties.

Any Other Business:-
Tree work applications submitted since the date of the last meeting:
TPO/09/0253
Allard House, Pikes Hill (plot adjoining Hillrise)
Pollarding of two lime trees

Public Participation at Planning Committee Meetings

RESOLVED: That members of the public be limited to five minutes when they wished speak either for or against applications. A total of five minutes would be allowed for those wishing to speak in favour and another five minutes would be allowed in total for those wishing to speak against an application.

In the absence of any other business the Chairman thanked those present for attending and declared the meeting closed.
