RESOLVED: To recommend that permission be granted. There would be no overlooking of adjacent properties and the proposals were in keeping with the street scene.

Application No 93735 – The Old Stables, High Street

Change of use to A1/A2 and B2 including first floor alterations

 

RESOLVED: To recommend that permission be granted. The proposals addressed previous concerns

Appliction No 93736 – 36 High Street

Change of use from shop Class A1 to hot food takeaway A5

 

RESOLVED: To recommend that permission be granted. The proposals are much improved on the previous application and addressed concerns.

 

Note has been made that deliveries will be made to the rear of the premises.

Application No 93737 – 109 The Meadows

Single storey and two storey extension to the rear

 

RESOLVED: To recommend that permission be refused but to accept the decision reached by the NF NPA’s officers under delegated powers.

 

Concern was expressed regarding the size and design and the proposals were felt to be out of character with the area and would impact on the street scene and area. It was noted that there was still an outstanding enforcement notice on this property.
