From 14/12/05 to 22/01/06

DWELLING BURGLARIES

Nil

BURGLARIES (NOT DWELLINGS) i.e Sheds, Garages etc.

  1. Between 1730 09/01 and 0910 10/01, someone used a brick to break a small window pane of a High Street shop in an apparent smash and grab, or just a criminal damage.
  2. Between 1200 17/01 and 1300 18/1, someone removed hasp from a Tennis Club storage shed at Sandy Lane and stole a leaf blower/vacuum.
  3. At some time up to 19/01, someone forced entry to Swan Green cricket club but nil stolen.

VEHICLE CRIME (Not including Forest car parks)

  1. Between 1930 16/1 and 0345 17/1, vehicle reported stolen from Garden Close and recovered by Police in Ringwood. Male arrested at scene.
  2. Between 0045 and 0130 21/12, someone broke a car window which was parked, unattended in a hotel car park in the High Street. Male arrested
  3. At 1900 14/12, Youth arrested at Lyndhurst Educational premises for damaging a car.

THEFTS (not shoplifting)

  1. Between 1415 and 1430 15/12, someone stole a wallet from a table which had been left unattended in a High Street pub.
  2. Between 2359 26/12 and 1200 27/12, someone stole a bike left unlocked leaning against front door of house in Romsey Road.
  3. Between 1200 16/12 and 1100 17/12, someone stole a large gas cylinder from Lyndhurst Cemetery.

ASSUALTS

  1. At about 1000 on 03/01, a teenage male was assaulted by a female in the Forest area between Pikes Hill, Blackwater Road and Broughton Road. This was a very minor matter between acquaintances after an ongoing dispute.

MISC.

  1. Between 2300 19/12 and 0930 20/12, someone damaged outdoor Christmas lights in a front garden in Kings Close.
  2. At 1820 14/1, someone broke a window of a multi occupancy premises in Pikes Hill.
