DWELLING BURGLARIES

BURGLARIES (NOT DWELLINGS) i.e Sheds, Garages etc.

Nil.

VEHICLE CRIME (Not including Forest car parks)

1. Between 1800 17/3 and 0920 18/3, someone entered an unlocked car in Shrubbs Hill Road and caused damage to the radio – probably an attempt to steal it.

2. Between 1730 and 1755 21/3, someone broke into a Ford Fiesta parked in Pinkney Lane and stole a handbag left in it whilst occupant gone for a walk.

THEFTS (not shoplifting)

1. Between 1300 and 1400 20/3, whilst shopping, a female had her mobile phone stolen from her handbag at an unknown location in Lyndhurst Village Centre.

2. Between 1345 and 1400 8/4, a female had her purse stolen from her handbag, believed to be in the New Forest Museum.

ASSUALTS

Nil

MISC.

1. Between 0100 15/3 and 0905 18/3, someone damaged a house gate in Garden Close.

2. On 31/3 at about 1700, two males (neither were locals) were arrested from a High Street hotel for being Drunk and Disorderly.
