DWELLING BURGLARIES

  1. Between 1100 and 1300 on 15/5, someone stole a phone left in a kitchen of a large house in Beaulieu Road.

BURGLARIES (NOT DWELLINGS) i.e Sheds, Garages etc.

  1. At 0045 onwards on 15/5, someone broke into the Working Mens club in the High Street. Investigation ongoing.         
  2. At 0025 onwards on 15/5, someone broke into the Working Mens club (again) in the High Street. Investigation ongoing
  3. At 0830 onwards, on 08/06, a shed was broken into at Allum Green and suspect was seen. Suspect has been arrested.

VEHICLE CRIME ie theft of/from (Not including Forest car parks)

  1. At 0130 hours on 13/5, a male was arrested after stealing a friend’s car then crashing it into a building in Bartley area.
  2. Between 1700 and 1745 on 5/6, someone has gained entry to a parked car in a hotel/pub car park in Romsey Road, and stole a computer.
THEFTS (not shoplifting)
  1. Between 1900 23/5 and 1530 24/5, someone stole two plant pots from outside an address in Garden Close.
  2. Between 1000 and 1800 on 08/06, a bracelet was left by a hotel resident in her room which she vacated in the High Street. It was obviously missing when she contacted the hotel later.

ASSUALTS

Nil

MISC.

  1. At about 1940 hours on 10/5, a local male was arrested after minor damage to a front door after a domestic incident.         
  2. Between 1600 19/5 and 1100 20/5, someone took down two fence panels in a front garden in Pikes Hill, but left all items undamaged on lawn. Possible neighbour issue.
  3. Up to1525 hours on 24/5, female member of staff in High Street business has had several obscene phone calls. Investigation ongoing.  
  4. Between 2000 26/5 and 0800 27/5, someone damaged a parked car left on an open front drive in Princes Crescent.
  5. Between 1800 26/5 and 0900 27/5, someone damaged a parked car in Shrubbs Hill Gardens by scratching body panels.
  6. Overnight between 2300 28/5 to 0700 29/5, someone damaged a suspended sign and part of the porch roof of the community centre in the High Street car park.
  7. At 1900 onwards on 07/06, during a domestic row in a dwelling in Foldsgate Close, an elderly male made various threats to his wife. Investigation ongoing.
