It’s a time when people are giving to charity. It’s a shame there are those out there who stoop so low as to steal the Poppy Appeal collection boxes.
Two were stolen one from the High Street in Lyndhurst the other from a shop in Ashurst. Also there has been two reported incidents where criminal Damage was caused to a seesaw in the play area in Ashurst and a picnic bench in the recreational park in Lyndhurst.
Again these are facilities provided by local people for the good of the community. If anyone has any information regarding these two incidents please get in touch.
Rowdy Behaviour
Following a fire works display at Foxhills School a group of local kids who were drunk started getting abusive to people who were clearing up. They stated those responsible were as young as twelve.
